Working in a heritage setting, whether that is in a conservation area or a listed building, presents a range of additional considerations over and above the normal project.

Dave Smith, Principle Architect’s very first two projects in 1997 were the conversion of a listed mill to become housing and a new house in a conservation area. He has been successfully working on all forms of conservation project ever since.
