Waterland Associates Opens New Office in Huntingdon

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new Huntingdon office at the heart of the new Alconbury Enterprise Campus. " Our business in the Huntingdonshire, Peterborough and Cambridgeshire region is growing at a fast pace and the new offices will help us better support our local clients - we are hugely excited about the future for Waterland Associates." said David Smith, Principal Architect at the firm.

The campus is conveniently located on the axis of the A1M, A14 and East Coast Mainline and is part of the transformation of the former Alconbury Airfield.  The Incubator building is part of the regeneration of the 575 hectare site to create a new community with at least 5,000 homes, schools, community buildings and transport infrastructure.  The ongoing regeneration can be viewed from the impressive atrium space that runs along the full length of the building.

Waterland Associates have now fully settled into our new home and are hugely excited about working in such an attractive and dynamic environment. It is light and airy, including a cafe area and break-out spaces as well as a spectacular roof terrace and meeting rooms in the tower.  If you are passing why not pop in for a coffee and a chat?  We would be delighted to see you!
