Just a quick note to say that I took the Governors around the building last week and they were most impressed with the work that has been carried out there. A couple of them were past pupils at the School and hadn’t imagined it possible to convert the building in such a way. Thank you all for your work on this project. Please extend my appreciation to all those in your teams that were involved.

"Waterland has designed and project managed the renovation of two houses for us.  Their design flair in seeing the possibilities that four walls and a roof contain has always impressed me.  The work was completed in time and under budget and I would happily recommend their services to any potential client!"

Not only have we found Waterland Associates to be thorough in terms of design, project management and general sourcing of materials, furniture, contractors, etc., but also incredibly imaginative and thoughtful in connection with design, use of space, ergonomics and all over presentation.

Leeds Day

We have been using Waterland Associates to provide the full range of architectural services for residential and commercial developments for approximately 12 years. We are pleased with their performance and service to date and anticipate that this will continue.  Their instructions have included comprehensive restoration and refurbishment works to Grade I and Grade II Listed Buildings, as well as many unlisted buildings within our Bloomsbury conservation area.

David's work on the community allotments project was very much appreciated.  He solved several problems and devised a very attractive, practical and appropriate solution. The visuals of the proposals were particularly helpful for explaining and illustrating the structure to parishioners and others.

After detailed discussions with the Architect about our priorities, various designs were put to us for approval.  These were in turn altered to meet our preferences and a final design was chosen that met our requirements.  In our preliminary meeting, the lengthy process from design, planning permissions, choosing builders and construction work was so clearly explained to us.  Support was given to us throughout the whole process.

We engaged Waterland Associates as project manager, actively liaising with builders during the construction process. As clients we were consulted when issues arose.  A good relationship was established with both the Architect and builder, which eased the resolving of any issues .  During the whole process, we received very professional response from all staff at Waterland Associates. Due to the time taken to complete this type of house renovation, a friendly but professional relationship was built with Waterland Associates .  Our priorities, as clients, were always taken into consideration.
